Returning products
Products purchased on the roovi.com website can be returned in accordance with the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 and Government Ordinance no. 9 of 2016 on consumer rights.
14 calendar days return period
You have the legal right to cancel the purchase of the product, without penalty and without justification, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product ordered. The return can be requested by you (the buyer) or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier.
In order to exercise your right of return within the due period you must inform D-Toys S.A. in writing, at the registered office at Str. Constructorilor 2 C, Loc. Sfântu Gheorghe, Jud. Covasna or at tel. (004) 0728.330.431 or by e-mail: contact@roovi.com, about your decision to withdraw from the commercial contract, using an unequivocal statement, for example, a letter sent by post/mail or an e-mail
You can also use the contact form on the roovi.com website, in the Contact section, https://www.roovi.com/contact-us/, to submit your request for return within the period required by law. If you choose this option, we will send you confirmation of receipt of your return request by e-mail without delay
In order to comply with the return deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication on exercising the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the legal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Refund of the amounts paid
The amount paid by you for the product you wish to return will be refunded in full, including standard delivery costs, as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date the returned product reaches us and is checked for conformity.
We will use the same method of payment for the refund as we used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to another method of payment. Choosing another payment method than the one used for the initial transaction will not be exempt from the additional charge on the returned amounts of any external fees and charges (such as bank transfer fees, card processor fees, etc.).
In the case of orders paid by cash on delivery, the amount will be transferred to an IBAN account and there is no possibility of cash refund
D-Toys S.A. does not charge any commission for the reimbursement of these amounts. However, it is possible that the bank with which you have an account will usually charge fees for which we cannot be held responsible
The cost of the return of the product(s) will be borne by the sender, unless exceptionally agreed otherwise. Return parcels cannot be sent with payment at destination (D-Toys premises)

Exceptionally, if D-Toys S.A. agrees to pay for the return shipment, we will send a courier to pick up the parcel from you as soon as possible.
The deadline is considered met if the goods are picked up by the courier and sent to D-Toys before the expiry of the 14-day period
Return conditions
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original box, with all accessories and documents that accompanied it)
Products with physical alterations, dents, scratches, dents, dents, dents, dents from unauthorized use and/or tampering, etc. will not be accepted for return
Although this is unlikely, if we find that the product is not in perfect condition during the conformity check, we will have to charge you a fee, which we will inform you of and refund only part of the amount originally paid.
In short
You have the right to return the goods you have bought within 14 days of the date you received the goods, under the conditions set out above. All you have to do is:
- Notify us in writing of your intention to return;
- Send the parcel back to us by courier (the cost of transport is paid by you);
- We return your money after we receive the parcel and check that the product is in perfect condition
All this without you having to tell us why. However, it would help us to know what went wrong, do things differently, or improve in the future. We really appreciate and take on board all the suggestions we receive
